Full Payment
When making a booking full payment is required to confirm your place.
Bookings are non-refundable
Due to the small and intimate class sizes, bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class for any reason you may gift your enrolment to a friend to attend in your place. Please notify Cucina Calabria of the name change by email or phone as soon as possible, and in any case, before the class date.
For exceptional circumstances where Cucina Calabria does issue a refund for a cancellation, the refund amount will be the ticket price less booking fees incurred by Cucina Calabria.
Rescheduling or transferring
No rescheduling/transferring to a different class is permitted within 14 days of the scheduled class date.
Class Cancellations
Cucina Calabria reserves the right to cancel a class at any time before the class is scheduled to begin. You will receive a full refund, or you may choose to transfer to another class within a 12-month period. In the event a class is cancelled Cucina Calabria will notify participants as soon as possible.
Minimum Class Numbers
If minimum numbers for a class are not reached, Cucina Calabria reserves the right to either reschedule your booking or request to transfer your booking to another scheduled class.
Participant Behaviour
To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all, cooking class participants must:
Cucina Calabria reserves the right to refuse entry to/remove participants who are intoxicated or acting in a manner that is unsafe, irresponsible, or disrespectful. No refund or credit will be offered in such cases.
Photo Consent and Release
Unless advised by you in writing to the contrary, you grant Cucina Calabria the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to publish, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use photographs that Cucina Calabria has taken of you.
