I really enjoyed the pasta-making class. Pasquale and Cindy made it easy and enjoyable, with clear instructions, interesting discussion and great interaction. I gained valuable knowledge and skills and a real appreciation for the Southern Italian culture. Definitely will be going back to do Street Food.
ANNALISA - Traditional Handmade Pasta Class
Cindy and Pasquale were warm, so welcoming and shared a wealth of knowledge not just about the three types of Southern biscotti we were making, but about Southern Italian food and history. The biscotti we made was delicious and devoured immediately. All of us had a brilliant time and I'll be returning with friends in tow for another class. What a fabulous day!

I had the most enjoyable time with Cindy and Pasquale learning to make various types of street food. It was a flavour-packed adventure. Pasquale and Cindy's guidance and contagious enthusiasm for the food and culture made it much more than a cooking class. I really recommend Cucina Calabria to anyone who has an interest in Italian cuisine - you don't have to be a great cook to produce great results here. Can't wait to attend another class.

We had the most wonderful day of Italian biscuit making at Cucina Calabria cooking school. Cindy and Pasquale had everything organised perfectly and made the class both huge, fun and informative. Cannot wait to recreate everything they have taught us. Absolutely outstanding. We will be back for more.
